24. Interpretation

Unless the context otherwise requires, in this Act -

“Minister” means the Minister assigned the

Reconciliation Office under Article 44 or 45 of the

Constitution; and

“community based organisations” means non-profit or non-governmental organizations that operates at the grassroot level within a specific community or locality.
