4. the affairs of the Corporation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
(1)
The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, be administered by a Board of
Trustees consisting of President, Gneral Secretary, and such other members as may be elected in accordance with the rules of the Corporation made under section 7.
(2)
The first President and the General Secretary of the
Board of Trustees of the Corporation shall be the President and the General Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the
Organization, holding office on the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of this Act.
