36. Post-election report of the election commitments

The Parliamentary Budget Officer shall prepare a post-election report of the fiscal and financial implication of the election proposals made by and included in the manifestos, of any recognised political party or independent group elected to Parliament.

The provisions of subsection (1) shall not apply to costing requests that the Parliamentary Budget Office has prepared and published prior to an election.
