5. Management of the affairs of the Corporation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
(1)
It shall be lawful for the Trustee-President of the
Corporation, who shall be appointed or elected in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules inforce for the time being of the Corporation, to exercise the powers of the
Corporation, and to perform its functions and duties.
(2)
Notwithstanding any thing contained in subsection (1)
of this section, Venerable Pelpola Vipassi Thero, the founder president of the Foundation shall be the first Trustee-President of the Corporation.
