22. Amendment of section 162 of the principal enactment

Section 162 of the principal enactment is hereby amended—

(1)

by the substitution for the words “the Government”, of the words “the Republic”; and

(2)

in the marginal note thereof, by the substitution for the words “the Government”, of the word “the

Republic”.
