9. Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—

“Ceylon Petroleum Corporation” means the Ceylon

Petroleum Corporation established in terms of the provisions of section 2 of the Ceylon Petroleum

Corporation Act, No. 28 of 1961 ;

“Energy Supply Committee” means the Energy Supply

Committee established in terms of the provisions of section 2 of the Energy Supply (Special Provisions)

Act, No. 2 of 2002 ;
