12. The PRDC to notify Contractor of contravention of conditions of Development License

Where the PRDC has reasonable cause to believe that the Contractor is contravening the conditions attached to the Development License, the PRDC may cause a notice to be served on the Contractor–
(a)
specifying the alleged contravention; and
(b)
requiring the Contractor to rectify or to take reasonable steps to rectify or correct, the condition resulting from the contravention, or to show reasonable cause for the contravention, or to show that the contravention has not occurred within the period specified in the notice ; and
(c)
stating that a failure to comply with the requirements of the notice may result in the suspension or cancellation of the Development License.
