9. Rejection of baliot papers,
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
A ballot paper shall be invalid—
{a) on which anything is written or marked, by which the member can be identified
; or
(b)
which does not bear the returning officer’s initials ; or
(c)
on which the figure 1 is not marked ; or
(d)
on which the figure 1 is marked opposite the name of more than one candidate; or
{e) which is unmarked or void for uncertainity.
