Any person connected to a sport shall disclose to the Secretary or the Director of Sports all information relating to such person’s personal or business interests, or any other connections with any betting operator, or any personal or business interests such person has relating to sports.
(2)
The Secretary or the Director of Sports, as the case may be, shall, on a request made by the Unit, make available to that Unit any information received by such Secretary or
Director of Sports under subsection (1), for the purpose of any investigation of any offence under this Act.
