26. General powers of District Associations and the Federation

Subject to the provisions of this Act and any other written law, the Committee of Management of a District.

Association or the Executive Committee of the Federation, shall, on behalf of a District Association or the Federation, have the power to do, perform and execute all such acts, matters and things whatsoever as are necessary or desirable:

for the performance of the functions of a District Associa-tion or the Federation, as the case may be.
