36. Rules to be made in respect of maintaining accounts

Rules may be made by the Board to provide for matters to be shown in the balance sheet, the profit and loss account, the manner in which books of accounts should be maintained by the Board, remuneration of auditors and all other matters pertaining to the audit of accounts of the Bank.
