45. Amendment of section 102 of the principal enactment

Section 102 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution for the words “in accordance with the guidelines issued” to the end of that subsection, of the words “in accordance with the rules pertaining to takeovers and mergers made under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Act,
