3. Insertion of new section 5a in the principal enactment

The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 5, and shall have effect as section 5a of the principal enactment :—

“ Vesting 5a. All property, both movable and operty immovable, already acquired, held or in the possessed by the said Right Reverend Doctor

Bishop of

Don Leo Nanayakkara, O.S.B., in his official capacity shall, subject to any trust or condition affecting the same, vest in the said

Bishop of Badulla. ”.
