8. Corporation may hold property movable or immovable

The Corporation shall be capable in law to accept and hold any movable or immovable property which may be vested in it by virtue of any purchase, grant, gift, testamentary disposition or otherwise and all such property shall be held by the Corporation for the purpose of this Act, with power to sell, mortgage, lease, exchange or otherwise dispose of the same.
