10. All documents entered in the Register to be public documents
அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

Every document entered in the Register shall be deemed to be a public document.
(2)
Any person who requires information in respect of a collateral relating to a secured transaction shall have the right to inspect and obtain copies of any document filed with the Credit Information Bureau of Sri Lanka upon the payment of a prescribed fee.
