5. Rules cf the Corporation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
It shall be lawful for the Corporation from time to time, at any general meeting of the members and by a majority of votes, to make rules for admission, with-drawal or expulsion of members; for the conduct of the duties of the Board of Management and of the various officers, agents and servants of the Corporation
; for the procedure in the transaction of business; and otherwise generally for the management of the affairs of the Corpora-tion and the accomplishment of its objects. Such rules when made may, at a like meeting, be altered, added to, amended or rescinded, subject however to the requirements of subsection (2).
No rule of the Corporation for the time being in force, nor any rule which may hereafter be passed shall be altered, added to, amended or rescinded except by a vote of two-thirds of the members present and voting at a ganeral menting of the Corporation:

(Incorporation) Act, No. 4 of 1980
Provided, however, that such alteration, addition, amend-ment or rescission shall have been approved by the Board of Management.
The rules of the Association in force on the date of commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to be the rules of the Corporation made under this section.

All members of the Corporation shail be subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation.
