10. of liability of members,

The liability of each member of the Corporation shall be limited to the transactions of the Corporation which shall have occurred during the period of his membership, and to the sum of two hundred and fifty rupees over and above such annual subscription or subscriptions as may be due from such member to the Corporation

Provided, however, that such limitation of Hability shall be exclusive of any contribution that such nember may be called upon to make under the rules of the Corporation to meet any deficit in the annual expenses of the Corporation.

Tlow the seal of the Corporation is to be affixed.

il. The seal of the Corporation shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever except by the authority of a resolution of the Council of Management and except in the presence of two of the members of the Council of Manage-ment, one of whom shall be the President, who shall sign their names to the instrument in token of their presence, and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness.
