5. Management of the affairs of the Corporation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
A affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation be administered by a Council (hereinafter referred to as “the
Council”) consisting of a President, Vice-President honarary
Assistant Treasurer and Nine other members elected or appointed in accordance with the rules of the Corporation.
The Council shall have the power to do all such things on behalf of the Corporation as the Corporation is herein empowercd to do and may delegate its functions to any such officer as it may from time to time determine.
The first Council of the Corporation, shall consist of the persons who were, on the date of commencement of this
Act, the members of the Council of Management of the
Institute.
