15. Delegation of powers and duties of the Council

(1)
The Council may delegate any of its powers and duties, to the Director-General, any member of the Council or any committees established under this Act, or to any employee of the Institution.
(2)
The Director-General, member, or the employee to whom any of the powers and duties of the Council have been delegated under subsection (1) shall exercise or perform such powers and duties so delegated, subject to the special or general directions of the Council.
