35. Amendment of section 68 of the principal enactment

Section 68 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after subsection (1)

thereof, of the following subsection:-

“(1A) Without prejudice to the generality of the power conferred under subsection (1), the

“Magistrate to grant search warrant and seize, and forfeit, the telecommunication apparatus”.
