2. Section 4 of the Tea Small Holdings Development Amendment of

Law, No. 35 of 1975, is hereby amended in paragraph (b) of section 4 of Law, subsection (1) of that section, by the repeal of sub-paragraph (vi) of that paragraph and the substitution therefor of the following new sub-paragraphs :—
“(vi) a representative of the Ministry of the Minister in charge of the subject of Plantation Industries ;
(vii)
one person nominated by the Minister in charge of the subject of Plantation Industries.”.
