44. Disqualifications

The office of a member of the Board of Management of the Convention Bureau shall be vacated if that member,—

(a)

becomes bankrupt, or insolvent, or makes any arrangement, or composition, with his creditors generally; or

(b)

is prohibited from being a member of the Board of

Management by reason of any order made under the provisions of this Act; or

(c)

becomes of unsound mind; or

(d)

resigns his office by notice in writing to the

Convention Bureau; or

(e)

ceases to be a member of the Board of Management of the Convention Bureau in terms of the Act.
