140. Expenses of persons attending any trial or inquiry

A person who attends any trial or inquiry of the

Commission under this Act to give evidence may be paid out of the Fund the expenses of attending the trial or inquiry at such rates and subject to such conditions as are from time to time determined by the Commission.
