152. Exemptions

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. සිංහල පාඨය බලපවත්වයි. නිල Sinhala පාඨය විවෘත කරන්න, documents.gov.lk හි නිල PDF

(1)

The Commission shall be exempt from payment of any duty, levy, rate, charge, fee or tax.

(2)

No registration fee shall be payable in respect of any document signed or executed by the Commission under which the Commission is a beneficiary.

(3)

The court shall issue proceedings and certified copies of journal entries to the Commission free of charge.
