55. Public notice of conclusion of an investigation without imposition of measures

The Director-General shall, with due regard being paid to the requirement for the protection of confidential information, issue a public notice of the conclusion of an investigation without imposition of measures, which shall set forth in sufficient detail the findings and conclusions

Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties reached on all issues of fact and law considered material by the Director-General, including the matters of fact and law which have led to arguments being accepted or rejected, as the case may be.
