6. Chairman of the Board of Management
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The members of the Board shall elect the Chairman of the Board from among themsclves.
The Chairman of the Board (hereinafter referred to as
“the Chairman”) may resign from the office of Chairman by letter in that behalf addressed to the Board.
The Board may by a resolution supported by not less than one half of the total membership of the Board, remove the Chairman from the office of Chairman.
Subject to the provisions of subsections (2) and (3), the term of office of the Chairman shall be his period of membership of the Board.
