50. Amendment of section 58 of the principal enactment

Section 58 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words “fine not less than two thousand rupees and not more than five thousand rupees” of the words “fine not less than fifteen thousand rupees and not more than thirty thousand rupees”.
