52. Amendment of section 60 of the principal enactment

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. සිංහල පාඨය බලපවත්වයි. නිල Sinhala පාඨය විවෘත කරන්න, documents.gov.lk හි නිල PDF

Section 60 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:—

(1)

in subsection (3) of that section—

(a)

in paragraph (a) thereof, by the substitution for the words “to any police officer” of the words “to any wildlife officer, police officer”;

(b)

in paragraph (b) thereof, by the substitution for the words “such police officer” of the words “such wildlife officer, police officer”;

(c)

in paragraph (c) thereof, by the substitution for the words “such police officer” of the words “such wildlife officer, police officer”;

(2)

in subsection (4) of that section, by the substitution for the words “to any police officer” of the words

“to any wildlife officer, police officer”.
