50. Publication of advertisements soliciting deposits without authority is an offence

(1)

The Director may send a notice to any media institution requiring such institution to refrain from publishing advertisements soliciting deposits by a person specified in such notice.

(2)

Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
