16. Termination or variation of conditions of a supply agreeinent
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

A lessee shall not terminate or rescind a supply agreement without the consent of the lessor.

“lessee”, in relation to a fiance lease, means a person who acquires a right to possession and use of an equipment under the lease;
(2)
The rights conferred on a fessec under this Act in relation to a supply agreement, shall not be affected by any variation of a term, condition, warranty or specification in such agreement, unless the lessee has consented in writing to such variation.
