14. Appoinunent and powers of the General Manager
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
(1)
The Board shall, with the prior written approval of the Minister appoint a Gencral Manager to the staff of the
Corporation on such salary and with such allowances as may be fixed by the Board.
(2)
The General Manager shall be a full time officer of the
Corporation and shall be the Chicf Executive Officer of the
Corporation.
(3)
The General Manager shall attend every mecting of the
Board unless the Board otherwise directs, but he shall have no right to vote.
