16. Capital of the Corporation
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
(1)
The authorized capital of the Corporation shall be two thousand million rupees divided into twenty million shares of onc hundred rupecs each.
(2)
The issued capital of the Corporation shall, subject to the provisions of subscclion (3), be one thousand million rupecs.
(3)
The Corporation may, subject to the provisions of subsection (1), raise sums of money as contributions to the capital of the Corporation by the issue of shares.
