24. Funds of the Corporation
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
(1)
All sums of money received by the
Corporation
(a)
as contributions towards the capital of the
Corporation
;
(6)
in discharging the functions of the Corporation ;
(c)
in exercising and performing the powers and duties of the Corporation, shall be credited to the funds of the Corporation.
(2)
All financial commitments or liabilities of the
Corporation arising from, or incurred in connection with —
(a)
the discharge of the functions of the Corporation ;
(6)
the exercise and performance of the powers and duties of the Corporation ,
Shall be charged on the funds of the Corporation.
