Section 21

The Corporation may, with the approval of the

Monetary Board from time to time, borrow from any foreign

Government, or any other source whatsoever outside Sri

Lanka, any sum of money on'such terms and conditions as to the interest thereon and the repayment thereof as may be determined by agreement between the Corporation and such

Government or such other source, as the case may be.
