10. Amendment of section 53 of the principal enactment

Section 53 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the second proviso to paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words and figures

“paragraph (a) of section 8”, of the words and figures

“paragraph (a) or paragraph (b) of section 8”.
