3. Amendment of section 9 of the principal enactment

Section 9 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (f) of subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the words “Red Cross or the World

Conservation Union ; ”, of the words “Red Cross, the World

Conservation Union or the European Investment Bank ;”.
