52. Amendment of section 217 of the principal enactment

Section 217 of the principal enactment as amended by Act, No. 10 of 2007, is hereby further amended in the definition of the phrase “approved by the Commissioner-General”, for the words “when used in relation to a provident or pension fund means,”, of the words “when used in relation to a provident fund, gratuity fund or pension fund means,”.
