12. Amendment of section 19 of the principal enactment

Section 19 of the principal enactmentis hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the word “Council.”, of the words “Council. The term of office of the Director shall unless he is reappointed, be three years from the date of appointment.”.
