7. Amendment of section 9 of the principal enactment
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
Section 9 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :—
(1)
by the substitution, in sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (d) of that section, for the words “Professorships,
Memberships,”, of the words “Research Profes-sorships, Associate Research Professorships,”:

by the substitution, for the expression “Academic
Council” wherever that expression occurs in that section, of the expression “Research Council” ;
and
(3)
by the substitution, for the words “academic matter”, wherever those words occur in that section, of the words “matter concerning research”.
