191. False declaration to be an offence

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

Any person who—

(a)

Makes a false declaration to the Director-General ;

(b)

Makes a false declaration in respect of geographical indication inclusive of Ceylon Tea and Ceylon

Cinnamon, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction by a Magistrate to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand rupees.
