206. Amendment of section 101 of the Customs Ordinance.

Section 101 of the Customs Ordinance (Chapter

235) is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after paragraph (e) of that section of the following new paragraph :—

“(ee) for prohibiting of importation and exportaion of counterfeit trade mark goods or pirated copyright goods or any other goods in contravention of the provisions of the Intellectual Property Act, No. 36

of 2003”.
