31. prosecute
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
Every prosecution in respect of an offence under this
Act shall be conducted by the Attorney-General or by any other officer specially authorized in writing in that behalf by the Attorney-General.
