11. Amendment of section 29 of the principal enactment

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. සිංහල පාඨය බලපවත්වයි. නිල Sinhala පාඨය විවෘත කරන්න, documents.gov.lk හි නිල PDF

Section 29 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:—

(1)

by the substitution for the words “No licence to explore for, mine, transport, process, trade in” of the words “No licence to explore for, mine, transport, process, store, trade in”; and

(2)

by the addition immediately after sub-paragraph (iv) of paragraph (a) of the following new sub-paragraph:—

“(v)

is a member of the Parliament or a member of a Provincial Council or a member of a local authority.”.
