19. Amendment of section 46 of the principal enactment

Section 46 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:—

(1)

by the repeal of the marginal note to that section and the substitution therefor of the following marginal note:—

“Powers of officers &c to carry out geological and mineral investigations.”.
