14. Powers and duties of the Council
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The powers and duties of the Council shall be—
(a)
to advise and make recommendations to the Minister on matters relating to the management and deve-lopment of aquatic resources in Sri Lanka
; and
{b) to prepare and keep under continual review the
Resources Management Development and Research
Plan.
