20. Management policy for wild life

The Authority in consultation with the Council shall, with the assistance of the Ministry of the Minister in charge of the subject of Wildlife conservation, recommend to the Minister a system of rational exploitation and conser-vation of wildlife resources and shall encourage citizen participation in such activities.
