35. Functions of the National Advisory Committee

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

The functions of the National Advisory Committee shall be -

(a)

the overall supervision of the proper implementation of the provisions of this Act;

(b)

the overall supervision of the proper implementation of the national medicines policy;

and

(c)

to advise the Minister and the Authority on issues pertaining to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) and any other related matters.
