8. Acts not invalidated by reason of a vacancy
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
Noact, decision or proceeding of the Council shall be deemed to be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy in the Council or any defect in the appointment of any member thereof.
