29. General Manager
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The Board may appoint a person who has extensive experience in banking or finance and who —
holds a degree from a recognised University; or
has full professional qualifications in accountancy, banking or any other relevant field, to be the General-Manager of the Bank, on such terms and conditions of service as the Board shall determine.
The General-Manager shall be the chief executive officer of the Bank and shall conduct, manage and administer the affairs of the Bank subject to the general direction, supervision and control of the Board and assist the Bank in achieving the object of the Bank.
