31. Financial year and Annual General Meeting
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

The financial year of the Bank shall be the calendar year.
(2)
The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the
Bank shall be held not later than six months from the end of each financial year.
